The Southwood neighborhood is located within the River Bluffs East community in southern Bloomington, Minnesota. This neighborhood is situated south of Old Shakopee Road between Normandale Boulevard and France Avenue. Southwood is a sizeable neighborhood with single-family houses ranging in price from $200,000 to $500,000. Southwood is an excellent enighborhood with much to offer including great homes for sale, family friendly community, and convenient location.

 

Southwood is within close proximity to a variety of top-notch shopping, dining, and recreational amenities throughout Normandale Lake Park in Bloomington, MinnesotaBloomington. One school within the neighborhood is Southwood Early Learning Center. Southwood Center is one of two early childhood learning centers in Bloomington, which serve children from birth to age five. Other schools in the area include Westwood Elementary, Oak Grove Middle School, John F. Kennedy High School, and Thomas Jefferson High School.
